Cancellation/”No Show” Policy
To all of our clients at Rituals, we certainly understand that life sometimes can interfere with scheduled appointments, so if scheduling conflicts arise, we would like to emphasize our cancellation policy. Rituals will require a credit card or gift card deposit to guarantee all appointments for services. This type of spa policy is standard in our industry. In the event of a cancellation of fewer than 24 hours or a “No Show,” the credit card/ gift card will be charged or redeemed for 50% of the value of all services missed or canceled. If a client books a laser appointment and has a laser package, one of the visits will be redeemed if the appointment is missed or canceled within 24 hours. For group bookings, only one credit card is required to reserve your space. If one or more clients in the group miss or cancel this appointment within 24 hours, 50% of each service will be charged to the credit card on file.
This policy has been established to ensure that our service providers will be compensated for his or her time of the event that you cancel or no show. Calling the night before your appointment, booked before noon, is still considered a no-show/ cancellation. Without proper notice of cancellations, our service providers are unable to rebook these appointments with other clients. As a courtesy, we will give a reminder call about your appointment via telephone and email; however, if we do not speak directly to you, it is still your responsibility to be present at the time of your appointment. Please schedule your appointment with care and be sure to give a 24-hour notice on all cancellations or service changes. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
