PHENTERMINE PROGRAM
Phentermine is a stimulant similar to an amphetamine. It acts as an appetite suppressant by affecting the central nervous system. Phentermine is used together with diet and exercise to treat weight gain in people with risk factors such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or diabetes.
For your initial appointment, you will have a consultation and medical clearance from Dr. Crawford. Make sure you bring or at least know EVERY medication you are currently taking. We will sit down with you to evaluate your overall health, address any questions/concerns you may have, discuss your weight loss goals, have you weigh in and then discuss your personalized weight loss plan. If Dr. Crawford sees a need for lab work he will write a test requisition form or prescription for lab work for you to take to a lab recommended by our facility. Results must be approved before we can clear you to start our phentermine program.
Note: If you have a copy of current lab work that was done within the last 2 weeks we will accept that. Please be aware that any lab work requested will be at the cost of the patient.
*Important: Those who are pregnant, breastfeeding, have glaucoma, an overactive thyroid, uncontrolled severe high blood pressure or heart disease cannot take phentermine.

Option 2
Phentermine Program PLUS Lipotropic Injections
We also offer injections that are NOT included with the phentermine program, that are called lipotropic injections or better knows as “fat burners”. These can be done in addition to your phentermine program or for those that do not qualify for the phentermine program, they may be used instead. Lipotropic injections are shown to prevent excess fat buildup in the liver and the body. Injections are recommended and most effective if done weekly.
Note: If you have a sulfa allergy you cannot get these injections.
The injections we offer are:

- Lipo-Den Injection (to help your body better metabolize fats/carbs)
